1. Order Confirmation & Delivery

All orders placed through www.wbcosmetics.com are subject to electronic confirmation via email.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 7-10 business days from the shipment date
• Outside Europe: Up to 14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, local regulations, and carrier delays.

2. Shipments to Forwarding Companies

WB Cosmetics is not responsible for any damage, defects, material differences, or loss that occurs once goods are delivered to a forwarding company. No replacements or refunds will be issued after the package has been transferred to a third-party forwarder.

Customers are advised to request that their forwarding company inspect all packages upon arrival and refuse shipments that appear damaged. Any issues occurring after delivery to a forwarding company are the responsibility of the forwarder.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing times:

• Standard Orders: Processed within 5-7 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays: Processed on the next business day

All orders placed through WB Cosmetics are shipped via Bartolini Express Courier.

To track your shipment, visit the Bartolini Tracking Page and enter the provided tracking number. A tracking link will be sent once the order has been shipped.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases must be completed via bank transfer before order processing begins. Only authorized and verified transactions will be processed and shipped.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. Cancellation requests can be made by phone at +39 3482442286 or via email at [Insert Customer Service Email]. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Product Guarantees

All products are sold as described and displayed on our website.

Italy: €7 flat rate for orders under €49. Free shipping on orders over €49.
