1. Return Eligibility and Approval

All returns must be approved by our Customer Care Service before proceeding. Eligible returns must be authorized and initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of the order.

2. Return Process

Our Online Customer Service Team is available to assist customers with eligible returns. Once a return request is approved, the following will be provided:

• A prepaid return shipping label
• Step-by-step return instructions
• The designated return shipping address

3. Non-Eligible Returns

• Gift Items: Products received as gifts are not eligible for return
• Exchanges: Items cannot be exchanged for other products
• Purchases from Third Parties: Only products purchased directly from www.wbcosmetics.com are eligible for returns

4. Additional Information

• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
• If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense
