Pre-shampoo:

prep your hair by combing and then wet your hair, apply the Shampoo Bar in one of two ways.
Lather the bar between wet hands and apply the lather to your wet hair (same as with a liquid shampoo).
Or wet the bar and apply it to wet hair, rubbing in circular, delicate motions down the hair length. Rinse out and repeat.
Follow with Hydra Repair Leave-In Conditioner.
