1 or 2 times a week, apply Slim Shape Scrub, to eliminate dead skin cells and help reactivate the skin’s microcirculation, rinse it off and wear Slim Shape Pants, on clean, dry skin and then put on the cartene trousers contained in the pack, closing them with a knot on the waist, or with soft elastic band.
Leave on for 1 hour or overnight. In the morning, remove the cartene trousers and take off the pants, which can be washed at 30° and reused.
Apply Fat Body Cream or Slim Shape Cream to all treated areas.

It is advisable to leave the fluid concentrate with which the pants are soaked inside the bag before application, so that it can be used for a second application.
